We had the opportunity of designing on a 30x20 plot for an auditor’s office.Our attempt with this tight budget project was to design for space efficiency by minimising circulation. Taking advantage of the corner plot, all the services were consolidated in a single bay, freeing up two surfaces of the building to bring in natural light and ventilation. A single sized window, planned for modularity, alternated across floors, creating storage niches for an open work floor. We are open to audit TOO.
